Why come to counselling?
You might want to attend counselling in response to a problem or difficulty or to focus on some dream or aspiration.  There might be stories that you haven't been able to tell anywhere else or regrets you need to come to terms with.  Having someone to share these with who is not connected to your personal or professional life can make a difference.

At Health Wellbeing Relationships Counselling Services, you will
·  be encouraged to think in new ways and identify options and new directions that will help you transform your life and achieve your goals.
·  develop strategies that fit your particular circumstances to deal with the issues you are facing
·  discover and nurture strengths and abilities

Who can come to counselling?
·  Women, Men, Children and Young People
·  Individuals, Couples, Families, Relations, Friends, Colleagues,
Whole families might attend counselling together.  Some people prefer to attend counselling on their own.
You might even prefer to bring along a friend, partner or family member for support.  Is there someone you would like to have with you who will be a support to you?

Our counsellor, Shireen Tresslor, also facilitates two special group programmes
·  A counselling and support group called "Remember" for people who have experienced loss.
·  A group programme called "A Vital Life" where you will learn skills and strategies to envision and live a vital life.

For Counsellors
We also manage an online group forum for counsellors called Resourcing Counsellors.  Please contact Shireen Tresslor for more information.
